These bulk food holding and transporting cabinets uniquely combine electrical
capability with Cambro's reliable, insulated, durable construction.
The result is a cabinet that maintains hot or hot/cold temperatures as well
as offering excellent moisture retention.
Each cabinet includes a thermoelectric unit mounted on the back. The cabinet
body is a tough, one-piece seamless double-wall polyethylene shell that is
easy to maintain and clean and won't dent, crack, rust, chip or break. Thick
polyurethane foam insulation maintains safe temperatures for hours when the
cabinet is not plugged in. Louvered panels gently circulate chilled or heated
air evenly throughout the cabinet. Just plug in, turn on and fill! No heavy, noisy compressor,
no heating coil, no water pan and no moisture controls.

Holding Cabinets are ideal for expanding holding capacity in kitchens, using
for transporting to or within schools, university campuses, correctional facilities
and hospitals or for hotel and catered events.
Available in hot only or hot/cold models and in two heights. Holds full or
half size sheet pans and full size GN food pans.
Energy efficient thermoelectric technology runs quietly on 110, draws minimal
amps and operates on low watts. Plug in anywhere!
Color options offer color coding for quick identification when sending multiple
deliveries to a single location or separating deliveries to different locations.

Available in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Self-venting cap located on each door releases
steam without opening the door. Reduces handling and maximizes food quality.
Menu clips are conveniently located on each door, to hold routing instructions,
cabinet content list, dietary information or client/event details.
Easy to use control panel has minimal buttons and switches to ease training
and use. Set hot holding between 150°F and 165°F (65,6°C and 73,9°C). Or switch
Hot/Cold units to cold holding at 37°F (2,8°C).
