Artist's fee of $45.00 net/hour will be charged to any order submitted without
camera-ready artwork. Cambro will contact you prior to completing any work
if this fee will be charged. Set up charge of $135.00 net per design, plus
$10.00 net per color Allow for three week production lead time once final proofs
are approved.

Compartments are open for storage and easy access to equipment and supplies
